Partnering closely with Axon’s internal digital and marketing teams, I helped shape and modernize key areas of the company’s evolving web ecosystem across marketing, events, resources, and authenticated user experiences.
The work focused on improving clarity, scalability, and usability across a complex multi-audience platform serving public safety professionals, enterprise customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Projects included event experiences, resource systems, customer-facing portal UX, responsive web design, component-driven layouts, and the evolution of flexible design patterns intended to scale across Axon’s growing digital ecosystem.
Beyond visual execution, the role required balancing enterprise-level information architecture, brand consistency, user experience strategy, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams spanning product, marketing, development, and leadership.
